Our Shadowspec Oasis™ and Shadowspec Serenity™ umbrellas are available in a 3.0m square option.

The Shadowspec Unity™ is also available as a 3.0m square but has the bonus of mounting up to 3 other canopies onto the same mast.

We have many different umbrella canopy sizes available. Choose a color and style to complement or match your patio furniture.

Square Outdoor Umbrella vs Octagon

Octagon canopies fit with your more traditional design styles. Square tend to enhance contemporary decor and balance parallel architectural features of the adjoining building. Rectangular umbrella canopies can shade the entire length of a long table, this shape can be achieved with a Multi-canopy Cantilever Umbrella.

Unobstructed Outdoor

Cantilever engineering removes the central pole from beneath the canopy, giving dining areas, lounge settings, and poolside layouts the freedom to breathe. An integrated locking and rotation system is built into the mast. It supports positional stability and allows controlled 360-degree rotation to adjust shade direction based on environmental conditions.

How durable are Shadowspec umbrellas?

The vented canopy design allows air to move through the structure rather than build pressure against the frame, reducing the risk of lift or instability during strong gusts. When wind speeds exceed 40 km/h or 25 mph, the canopy should be closed and secured with the provided canopy strap to protect both the umbrella and the people around it.

Can a pool umbrella be installed on an existing pool deck?

Yes. Depending on the surface and the umbrella, options include Surface Plates, In-Ground Anchors, Brackets and Free-Standing Bases.

The Shadowspec team can recommend the right configuration and canopy size for any outdoor setting.

Are Shadowspec Umbrellas easy to operate?

Every model across the Shadowspec range is built for smooth, controlled operation from the first use. The Shadowspec Serenity and Shadowspec Unity use ShadowLift™, a gas-assisted system that opens the canopy through one fluid movement. The Shadowspec Oasis uses ShadowPop™ on smaller models and the ShadowBlock™ pulley system with ShadowCleat™ on larger models, supporting secure and controlled operation across different canopy sizes.

How straightforward is the setup process?

Each umbrella model is supplied partially assembled and includes clear step-by-step instructions to complete the installation. The level of assembly required will vary depending on the mounting option you have selected. To make the process even easier, we also provide a comprehensive library of installation videos to guide you through each step.
