Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you believe there is damage to the products you have received, or the incorrect items have been sent, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve this. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@shadowspec.com to begin the process. In this email we will need your reference number, photos and a clear description of the problem.
