Are you looking for order tracking or tracking numbers?
When your order is confirmed with your Shadowspec consultant, it will move through our order system and to the warehouse dispatch to be processed and pick your order.
Once our warehouse team has picked your order and organised the dispatch you'll receive an automatic email from the freight provider your umbrella is booked with. This email will contain your tracking link and tracking number.
The tracking link won't show tracking information until your goods have been collected by the courier. This should usually be the same day. Please be aware that you may not see tracking progress until 24 hours of you receiving the automatic email.
For orders going overnight with our freight providers – who are NZ Couriers and Post Haste, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details in an email from our Customer Service team.
If there is still no tracking progress showing after 24 hours of you receiving your tracking link, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your Sales order number if possible.

- PBT - http://www.pbt.co.nz/default.aspx - 5 days North Island / 5 – 7 days for South island
- Mainfreight- https://www.mainfreight.com/global/en/global-home.aspx - 5 days for North Island / 5 – 6 days for South Island
If goods are coming from NZ and going to Australia or USA, freight provider will be TNT - https://www.tnt.com/express/en_nz/site/home.html - Depending on State
